Mar 2nd - Beep Beep I'm a Sheep 🐑

Monday-

Got up went shopping, and went to West Ed! Now it being my 7th time, it wasn't overly interesting, but its more about just hanging out with the people there! I was even in Sephora for about 20 minutes, because our whole district followed 2 sisters in there... so yeah.

I also got my favorite, Bourbon St. Grill, very delicious!

After West Ed, we went back to the church in the hopes to play some basketball or something, but for the most part everyone ended up calling their family.

I'm back to those Chicken and Rice meals again..

Tuesday-
We tried some street contacting, but not enough people for that.

But we went over to Andy's! And it is always an absolute blast and very chaotic! After we traveled up to Redwater and did a member lesson, along with some stopbys before our dinner.

Which was definitely interesting, it was a dinner with Sister Samis + 3 of her friends (all grandma age). There wasnt a whole lot of room, but we made it work and had a great time!

On the drive home, we got a referral and well.. it was interesting, and has to be one of the weirder referrals ive gotten up here. (Screenshot of voicemail in the album)

Once we got home, the Sisters wanted a funny, but cool picture of us for a Zone challenge. And it is one of the most legendary trio pictures I got!

Wednesday-
We decided we would head down towards Sherwood Park early to knock a bit in our southern area, and ended up meeting some people!

Had a good District Council! + the Costco Hot dog and pizza I got for lunch!

Later on, we lost track of time and ended up being 30 minutes late to a lesson with our friend Eve. But luckily she had time, and has always had a dream of "Mormon" missionaries knocking on her door, and letting them in.
And she even set up her next lesson with a Member for us!

While knocking, Rickenbach had an impression to stop by a less active member, and ended up seeing his favorite member from Wainwright Bro. Ferby! We got to talk to him, and also got a returning appointment with the less active members!

We had dinner with the Moore's which was lots of fun!

Thursday-
Got to read 4th Nephi through Mormon 4. Had a good chicken & chicken lunch!

Went out for stopbys and door knocking and finally found out the name of one of our friends!

We also had a lesson with Tamara, who is a great baker (sadly not as good as a Mother as mine) and made some lemon cupcakes with a berry filling!

Had dinner with the Orth's + Dr. Orth (the medical professional for the mission) and he is a very funny guy when he isn't dealing with missionaries for multiple hours a day!

Also accidentally broke a plate, but I fully blame Dr. Orth for being in my personal bubble space. (The plates were also only $2 from IKEA)

Learned some more Bro. Ferby Wisdom & Rickenbach Wisdom!

Friday-
I ended failing my ancestors and my heritage, as I didn't journal this day.. and I legit don't remember what happened. Besides a bucket load of lessons with people, and we also had weekly planning.

Saturday-
We spent our morning out in Gibbons, had a member lesson, met a guy named Codey, and had a lesson with Ashton!

Drove back to The Fort, and did a cool metal melting object lesson of the gospel with Bro. Jardon! Sadly it had to be cut in half, as we had to leave for dinner... hopefully we can finish it next time!

Had dinner with the Ross's and what a fun family! This ward genuinely has so many funny people in it, its amazing!

Sunday-
We had a lesson with Wayne planned and even Andy came to help out, but he ended up not coming that day.

We had church and a good session of choir.. I still don't understand choir, just let me sing the lyrics.

Later after some knocking we had dinner with the Forsyth's, (who are related to the Forsyths back in Strathcona Married Students ward!!) Who are again very fun!

We also met with Less active members, the Crump's, and had FHE & some Stewy calls.

Things Happened/ Grandpa will like my photos!! :)

Things Happened / Grandpa will like my Photos!!  :-) Hi again, this week was an adventure! Almost of a life time! Because I will be back! MARK MY WORDS  Monday- Not much happened, I was recovering from the sickness last Sunday. And it was p-day with no sports happening.  But we did have dinner with the Lee's! Tuesday- We had interviews with the mission president at the stake centre that was 30 minutes away, but there was a Chick-fil-A on the way so we carefully and tactical planned our route to go to Chick-fil-A before the interviews for lunch. Had interviews, President's favorite Ice-cream flavor is Rocky Road! And on their mission board I found someone who served in Albuquerque back in 2010! We then had dinner with the Salter's! Bro. Salter is a funny guy, saying that butter is bears grease and honey is bee barf! Then went to the Rec Centre to play some floor hockey! Wednesday- We had District Council of all guys! (The sisters left our district) Then we helped with some...

Pots, Pots, and more pots....

Pots, Pots, and more Pots...   Hello wonderful Americans,   I'm realizing I'd rather be learning Samoan, then be here in the cold.. This week hasn't been all that exciting until we get to the weekend. But for now, the beginning just had some lessons, more snow, more cold, some member dinners and such. Normal missionary stuff in the Great White North. With all the snow, roads are getting slick and parking lots just have crunchy snow in them. But yet I have not seen a single snow plow truck yet, which is quite surprising. I'm also finally starting to get into being a missionary, as it doesn't feel like I'm struggling to get through each day anymore. It honestly feels like it was only 2 or 3 days ago that I sent my last email. Which is good, and hopefully it will speed up to months instead. So far this week I've been to 3 baptisms!! Neither of them I would've actually gone to, because they're not part of my area. As for the title, I've done lots of ...

Then did more service with helping a member of Strathcona move in to a part of town that is not within Strathcona boundaries.. (it's fine, I think) But went to a Peta Bake place which was good! We did some stopbys and got in contact with some people, then had dinner at the Pierson's! Wednesday Honestly not really sure what happened today..
