 Nov 17 - COW WRANGLERS 🤠🐄

Random Thing-

Something interesting that happened this week, was definitely helping with the Callahan's and their Cows, we didnt do a whole lot. But it was a lot of fun and I got to pet one! And also whack one with a stick!

My main job was opening a closing a gate to only let 1 Cow in the "drive thru" at a time!

Monday-
I emailed people, got emails from people!

We also went to (Wall)mart twice, and got a noice burrito (wrap) at Timmies!

And contacted a few people!

Tuesday-
We spent a lot of time in the apartment cleaning... because we had a house check, and wanted it spiffied & spotless!

After the house check, which we did good on! We had some stopbys and walking around. After we had dinner with our selves

Then finished with some "late" night knocking!

Wednesday-
Started with some info dot stopbys, then we had District Council, and now were are bringing something to Transfers..

Did some knocking, and had dinner, then went to the ward activity! Which is people showing their missions! And got to try Purple Peruvian Corn drink, Banana Chips and had some Inca Cola!

Thursday-
For the first time in a while, I actually had a good companion study! And we were just hanging out at the park, while attempting to use exercise equipment.

After lunch, we had a good lesson with the Fertig Family, who are inactive!

Helped a little at Warming Hearts!
And had Weekly Planning, which was decent.

And had a missed lesson with Sherly-lynn..

But we had a great dinner at the (older) Callahan's!

Then to finish off the night we knocked a Cul-de-sac and a little cat joined us!

Friday-
We started the morning by helping out with the Thrift Store, then we had a bit of breakfast before heading out to the Callahan's (younger) for some Cow Wrangling! We were Cow Wranglers!!

And had lunch with them! And headed home to change and get ready for a lesson with Kodie, a member referral!

"What have tou heard of Joseph Smith?' 'Only from what ive heard in South Park episodes" - Our friend

Saturday-
Went to Timmies, and then to Dollar Tree as Desmond got a "revelation"...

After lunch, we did some knocking in a Cul-de-sac, and we had some fun with picking up sheets of ice and throwing them to get a good shatter!

Then had a good lesson with Morgan + his sister, and Layna!

Walked around a park, and got to throw some golf Frisbees!

We stopped by Dale Fink, and had a great lesson with him and his wife Helen!

Then a lot more stopbys!

Sunday-
We had church and had Arnaud (a member) and the Mendu's (an less active family) come to church!

We also helped out with practicing the primary program!

Lots of contacted ℹ️-dot stopbys, and had a fantastic and very funny dinner with the Lybbert's! They gave me great dating advice! (to use in a year's time)

Lots of fun from them + Buttered chicken & fruit-filled empanadas!

More stopbys, and FHE!

Things Happened/ Grandpa will like my photos!! :)

Things Happened / Grandpa will like my Photos!!  :-) Hi again, this week was an adventure! Almost of a life time! Because I will be back! MARK MY WORDS  Monday- Not much happened, I was recovering from the sickness last Sunday. And it was p-day with no sports happening.  But we did have dinner with the Lee's! Tuesday- We had interviews with the mission president at the stake centre that was 30 minutes away, but there was a Chick-fil-A on the way so we carefully and tactical planned our route to go to Chick-fil-A before the interviews for lunch. Had interviews, President's favorite Ice-cream flavor is Rocky Road! And on their mission board I found someone who served in Albuquerque back in 2010! We then had dinner with the Salter's! Bro. Salter is a funny guy, saying that butter is bears grease and honey is bee barf! Then went to the Rec Centre to play some floor hockey! Wednesday- We had District Council of all guys! (The sisters left our district) Then we helped with some...

Pots, Pots, and more pots....

Pots, Pots, and more Pots...   Hello wonderful Americans,   I'm realizing I'd rather be learning Samoan, then be here in the cold.. This week hasn't been all that exciting until we get to the weekend. But for now, the beginning just had some lessons, more snow, more cold, some member dinners and such. Normal missionary stuff in the Great White North. With all the snow, roads are getting slick and parking lots just have crunchy snow in them. But yet I have not seen a single snow plow truck yet, which is quite surprising. I'm also finally starting to get into being a missionary, as it doesn't feel like I'm struggling to get through each day anymore. It honestly feels like it was only 2 or 3 days ago that I sent my last email. Which is good, and hopefully it will speed up to months instead. So far this week I've been to 3 baptisms!! Neither of them I would've actually gone to, because they're not part of my area. As for the title, I've done lots of ...
