Feb 23rd - The Curse of the Trio 3: The next Spree

Feb 23rd - The Curse of the Trio 3: The next Spree

Monday-

We got the news, and were getting washed.. on other news im trading places with little (Elder) Hawkins! So im going to Fort Saskatchewan, and ill be in-person again!

The rest of the day was spent packing, and in the evening we went to say bye to Sis. Drury!

Tuesday-
I finished packing and we headed out! Half way through we learn that transfers has been delayed by a day, because apparently it snowed and the airplane was to cold.

So we got to Peace River and had a nice Dominos Dinner!

Wednesday-
I got a haircut! Only took... 3 transfers... skill. Finished typing wash notes... we'll see if its helpful or not.

And we drove to the Inn to stay the night!

Thursday-
Woke up had breakfast and got on the road at record fast pace this time!

It was snowy and cold throughout the day getting down to -29°C. But eventually we got to Edmonton and had Chick-fil-a with the Pioneer Elders (Pearce, Bills, and Perry [not Perry the Platypus])

We headed to Sherwood Park, and had a blast going around talking with different people including talking with Elder Nelson!

I got my stuff packed up, and after playing a game called 'How many Elders does it take to back up a Sisters vehicle' and a couple of rounds (lots of vehicles), we headed out to the new area!

When Elder Koala (Koelle) called and had to go back to give a Tiwi card, then we got to head out to our area!

We did some knocking and got a recent Move-ins number who said they've been looking for a church to go to!

Had a great dinner with the Skinner's, they had a daughter that just got back recently from a mission in Hong Kong!

Did weekly planning and actually went to bed before 10:30..
Look at me go!

Friday-
Actually woke up at 6:30, and was tired but awake enough that I didn't go back to sleep.

Did a bit more unpacking, and started the day off with telling my companions more things I'm allergic to, and Personal Study!

We went out to Subway for daily contacts and saw the bishop for a few minutes then headed out for lunch / fixing Tiwi.

After lunch we went to Gibbons, and spent out day knocking, stopping by and visiting friends!

Later on, we headed back to The Fort, and did a couple more stopbys and shoveled Andy's driveway (I supervised with the flashlight) then met Andy! He's a Recent Convert, and is blind, but is a great guy has a love/ hate relationship with Elder Rickenbach! Laughed a lot during that!

Saturday-
Went out did some daily contacts, and some knocking. Met Eve, she recently moved to Fort. Sask and had been looking for a church to go to. Did some calling, then back to knocking again.

Had a member lesson with Brother Jardon, and he is a smart guy in business and religion, more knowledgeable then ill ever be.

He makes us think a lot more, so ill probably have some fun with this area!

Sunday-
Sadly we still have 10am church, and even worse news we still have to be there at 9am as we teach a friend then (that's not the bad news)

After Church we went and joined choir practice, which i didn't really know how to work it, but i started copying the guy next to me and it turned out decent..

Did some knocking around, and went to Pick Up dinner from some members, but ended up having dinner with the Kamba's. We then went right back to knocking, up until dinner time, so we went back to the apartment for studies and FHE (which I held my lil stuffed animal)

Howdy Yall,  Monday- We played volleyball that day, though I didn't play to long because I got bored, but that's just me. Afterwards we played football (just catching and throwing it, no tackling) but I did injure my finger from that, it was purple & pale. (Now it's just fine, for the most part :) Then we went to the driving range, and I would've played more but my finger hurt and made it hard to grip the golf club. Eventually though, we made it home to chillax, and later we had dinner at the Szalovski's House (their Polish) After, we went to the church, and I scrolled through Google photos while, Elder Winder practiced the Cello. Then we went home called the Fam, and I enjoyed listening to some Normington Audios. Tuesday- Today we helped out a member, Sis. Christensen, with some weeding of her yard, And afterwards did some Celloing at a different members house. We had dinner at the Peterson's, who were right next to Wabamun Lake, which is the biggest lake...
