MERICA'

MERICA'

 Yo. Home-slices. What's popping.

Monday-
Today was a busy day and a very tiring day. We got up for golf again.. (im getting tired of golf) This time I tried my best to play with a frying pan (be skilled in the art of Skilleting) but it wasn't the best club, so after 5 holes I got bored.

Eventually we finished (yay) and went to get lunch at Subway, then we went shopping, and dropped our food off at the churchs' fridge, to the go to Cabela's with Weber & Olsen.

Roamed around there, saw Thunell & Cassell, then went home, to continu calling Eventually we went to the church again for basketball night, and continued to listen and update things on my phone.

Got home, and realized... we left our food in the fridge ($40 worth... hopefully no one steals)

Tuesday- CANADA DAY
We had lots of service, a lesson in the morning, and more service.

The lesson canceled, but we then started our day an hour later, by helping Bro. Leguet move something. Then he fed us 2 whole pizzas... (I don't think I've ever eating more then 4 thick slices of pizza, but i ate like 5 or 6). Helped Sis. Holt after, then went to our lunch with Bishop's family (Bishop Bishop, not bishop Bishop) which was great.

Picked up Woolley & Wilde, and got Canada Shirts at Staples, then did our service with Sisters Raghaven, Wilson, Barker, and Elders Weber, Olsen, Williams, Hawkins, Woolley, Wilde, Winder, and me! from 4-9, then after some organization of the car, Sis. Christensen picked us up, and we went to watch the Fireworks, along with eating McDonald's!

Wednesday-
We helped sis. Christensen from 10-2, had District Council... which turned into a game of hide and seek & listening to Elder Williams amazing Finding Nemo talk... (idk how it happened, blame Hawkins) but 10/10 would do again.

Gave Weber, and Olsen our spare AC unit (i miss it already 😢)

Had dinner with the Neilson's, then helped sis. Christensen clean out more of her garage with Webby and Olsen.

Got 7/11 slurppies and went home,

P.s I hate Seasonal Allergies...

Thursday-
I'm honestly not sure what to put here... not because we didn't do anything but, because from about 10am to 6 30, we helped sis. Christensen, no joke.

We went to the dump 3 times, got Wendy's for lunch, and got some slurppies near the end.

We ended up cleaning up an entire 1 car garage, that hadn't been cleaned in 18 years... (for people bad at math, that would be since 2007)

Again, not really anything to put. But a mission is not always about finding or teaching people, sometimes it's about the service you helped with!

Friday-
4th of July. Sis. Christensen's.

So ngl (because us missionaries never lie), not a lot was done that day, and it was even funnier, because our zone had a challenge against the other zone, and today was our districts day( where we get more points).

But anyway... we did a breakfast in the morning, with Weber, Olsen, Woolley, Wilde, Winder and me! Then we went out and such, and came back a little bit later and had a hot dog roast, and man was it fun! Lots of good times made... and lots of chaos created.

Saturday-
Normal busy day, had pork chops for lunch, then went out door knocking and stop-bys all day.

Had dinner with the Davidson's and was absolutely stuffed.

Went to Volleyball night.

Sunday-
We went to church, finally made it early. I totally forgot it was fast Sunday, but it's fine because I don't eat breakfast anyway.

A interested Catholic showed up, so she came to 2nd hour with us and she'll be contacting us later (hopefully).

There were some goodies at the bread after church, so we grabbed that. Then went to help Sis. Holt plant some plants :)

Then had dinner, with the Hall's, and got home to study and such.

Monday-
It was a hot day, and the humidity did not help. (I'm getting some serious de-va-ju from typing that)

Went out to pick some things up from some members to prepare us for tomorrow, then went shopping to get that done with, while we were in the area.

Went home had a break, then changed and left to go to dinner with the Lee's + Selven!

Went home, changed back, and went to basketball night. Where one of the older members showed up, and tried to shut down ball night, (no clue why)

We got Blizzards (even though I had to sell my 2nd child to get it) because Winder hit 14 months... I wish I was there 😢 but all in due time.

Things Happened/ Grandpa will like my photos!! :)

Things Happened / Grandpa will like my Photos!!  :-) Hi again, this week was an adventure! Almost of a life time! Because I will be back! MARK MY WORDS  Monday- Not much happened, I was recovering from the sickness last Sunday. And it was p-day with no sports happening.  But we did have dinner with the Lee's! Tuesday- We had interviews with the mission president at the stake centre that was 30 minutes away, but there was a Chick-fil-A on the way so we carefully and tactical planned our route to go to Chick-fil-A before the interviews for lunch. Had interviews, President's favorite Ice-cream flavor is Rocky Road! And on their mission board I found someone who served in Albuquerque back in 2010! We then had dinner with the Salter's! Bro. Salter is a funny guy, saying that butter is bears grease and honey is bee barf! Then went to the Rec Centre to play some floor hockey! Wednesday- We had District Council of all guys! (The sisters left our district) Then we helped with some...

Pots, Pots, and more pots....

Pots, Pots, and more Pots...   Hello wonderful Americans,   I'm realizing I'd rather be learning Samoan, then be here in the cold.. This week hasn't been all that exciting until we get to the weekend. But for now, the beginning just had some lessons, more snow, more cold, some member dinners and such. Normal missionary stuff in the Great White North. With all the snow, roads are getting slick and parking lots just have crunchy snow in them. But yet I have not seen a single snow plow truck yet, which is quite surprising. I'm also finally starting to get into being a missionary, as it doesn't feel like I'm struggling to get through each day anymore. It honestly feels like it was only 2 or 3 days ago that I sent my last email. Which is good, and hopefully it will speed up to months instead. So far this week I've been to 3 baptisms!! Neither of them I would've actually gone to, because they're not part of my area. As for the title, I've done lots of ...
