Buttered Chicken

Hi

Tuesday-
Temple Day! We got to the temple 2 minutes late for our endowment session, but still managed to squeeze our way through the solid door.

After we went to Chick-fil-A, with a whole lot of people from 3 zones... Sis. Burrows, Weeks, Broadhurst, Clark, Elders. Welch, Beaumont, Weber, Olsen, and Sis. Christensen.

Afterwards we changed and went to Tanner Camp to do some fishing, and i was trying to stay dry so I wouldn't have to change, but while wading back in from the lake, the sand shore gave way, and I fell in all the way to just below my rib cage. So I spent the rest of the time drying off, so then we could go to dinner not super wet :)

Had dinner with the Salter's.

Then just calling family (everyone was eating out for dinner) and emailing.

Wednesday-
Helped out sis. Holt, with moving stuff off her deck, so she can have people re-furnish the deck!

After we went home for lunch... I had ice-cream..

Then to District Council, where the first 20 minutes were spent getting Frosters, except Hawkins and Winder stayed behind. We had a blast.

District Council had its chaotic personality, while keeping it atleast somewhat spiritual in the art of pushups..

After the mess. We went to help sis. Christensen's niece with her flooded garage, did a lot of moving... and finding a lot of spiders..
We got buttered chicken from that! Then we went to help sis. Fox, with putting some things on the wall, but she didnt bring the tools so she just fed us, and had pizza!

Then we finally got home!

Thursday-
Went over to help Sis. Christensen, got some donuts! After we left to head to interviews with President & Sister Matheson. Had nice, simple and short interviews 👌

Afterwards we went to the Mission office, for Dwindy to look at his phone with Social Media. I also saw the very Wise & Knowledgeable Elder Adams there!

After our time there, we had to rush straight to dinner with the Vernon's + the 'shov-love-ski's and Weber, Olsen, Woolley, and Wilde.
We had Brisket and Dwindy's family recipe of "Oreo Desert".

We went back to Sis. Christensen's and just talked out side about "member work" with Woolley & Wilde.

Friday-
Exchanges!
I went to Griesbach with Elder Butler, we did stopbys all day with a few lessons planned in. We did a lesson in the morning with an inactive member, and it went well, aswell as a lesson with a friend who had missionaries sign in her book of mormon all the way back from 2003!

We had dinner at the Demetrioff's, and had Buttered chicken... for the 4th time this week. It is good.

Did more stopbys then headed home, where I got to talk to my good pal and buddy E.Pacé.

Saturday-
We (me & Butler) woke up at 6:38 (way too early) and exchanged back around 8am.

Elder Winder injured himself, and was told to try not to walk on it. So he took a 3 hour nap, while I worked on some studies and duolingo, had ice cream for lunch again.. then some more buttered chicken, and some pizza (it was all a mix for lunch and dinner)

Went to Panda for some late dinner, and met some members there from Vancouver, BC and they gave us $20 to go get ice cream, so we went to 5 Guys and got shakes!

Sunday-
We went to church... nothing interesting except we didnt get the sacrament. But afterwards in Priesthood, they did talk about sacrament where we got the sacrament there!

Went over to sis. Christensen's to help her cut down her bush, then we rushed to change into service clothes to go to the Rib Fest service... (I wasn't the person to decide to put missionaries on a service on Sunday)
[I also didn't get a single piece of meat... so that sucked]

Went to dinner with the Stoltz's and had chicken wings!

Helped sis. Christensen more, and went home.

But in that time, elder Winder heard lots of concerning noise including what sounded like a girl screaming for her life. So we got in the car and went to check it out, we searched even asked people. But never found anything.... so hopefully their fine.

Things Happened/ Grandpa will like my photos!! :)

Things Happened / Grandpa will like my Photos!!  :-) Hi again, this week was an adventure! Almost of a life time! Because I will be back! MARK MY WORDS  Monday- Not much happened, I was recovering from the sickness last Sunday. And it was p-day with no sports happening.  But we did have dinner with the Lee's! Tuesday- We had interviews with the mission president at the stake centre that was 30 minutes away, but there was a Chick-fil-A on the way so we carefully and tactical planned our route to go to Chick-fil-A before the interviews for lunch. Had interviews, President's favorite Ice-cream flavor is Rocky Road! And on their mission board I found someone who served in Albuquerque back in 2010! We then had dinner with the Salter's! Bro. Salter is a funny guy, saying that butter is bears grease and honey is bee barf! Then went to the Rec Centre to play some floor hockey! Wednesday- We had District Council of all guys! (The sisters left our district) Then we helped with some...

Pots, Pots, and more pots....

Pots, Pots, and more Pots...   Hello wonderful Americans,   I'm realizing I'd rather be learning Samoan, then be here in the cold.. This week hasn't been all that exciting until we get to the weekend. But for now, the beginning just had some lessons, more snow, more cold, some member dinners and such. Normal missionary stuff in the Great White North. With all the snow, roads are getting slick and parking lots just have crunchy snow in them. But yet I have not seen a single snow plow truck yet, which is quite surprising. I'm also finally starting to get into being a missionary, as it doesn't feel like I'm struggling to get through each day anymore. It honestly feels like it was only 2 or 3 days ago that I sent my last email. Which is good, and hopefully it will speed up to months instead. So far this week I've been to 3 baptisms!! Neither of them I would've actually gone to, because they're not part of my area. As for the title, I've done lots of ...
