Jan 5th - Happy New Years

Jan 5th - Happy New Years

To commaderate this very unique and special occasion, I will just say that I will see you all (or atleast most of those that read this) in less then a year!

Monday-
It was another boring black and white p-day like every other.

Tuesday-
We did a House Tour v2, but it was the housing coordinators over zoom.

Went and did ESL, but apparently the teachers were still on vacation.

And I went to bed

Wednesday- New Years Eve
Surprise Surprise! We had District Council today. Overall pretty good one, I HAD to give a training, which all I gotta say is it went smoother then my previous ones.

Messaged Da-Fam!

Thursday-
Not a lot of stuff happened today, just contacting people, and stopping by some people!

Friday-
Did more work, stopbys and contacting referrals, had a call with my DL, and ZL. And gotta do more member work.

Saturday-
We went on a valiant search for Eggnog, but hath found none, then went home and got the cake out of the oven. Went back out and searched for Northern Lights but my mom lied, as I found none.. but maybe it was the snow

Sunday-
We had church, a few people came, others were snowed in.

After church we had lunch and study time, in which I listened to someone's conversion story. Which to me is always interesting to hear especially if the person comes from another religion.

We went out and shoveled our friend Tenya's driveway with her, in which to the street next to us, a car drives into a deep snow bank on the side and we go over to try to help them out.

After a little bit of pushing, pushing, and more pushing, and even the help of a neighbor (that told me, his Grandma told him to go out and help) we couldn't get it out. So we told her to call a tow truck, and went back to shoveling.

Near the end, Westergard had to go in to the car and warm his hands. So I taught the Restoration to Tenya on my own and did a good job thanks to my 3rd trainer Elder Cillero.

We then did a member's walkway, and headed home for dinner.

FHE: We heard testimonies from these souls. Elder Rasmussen, Elder Cillero, Elder Olsen, Elder Robinson, and Elder Randall May you Rest In Peace, as you venture off into a brave new world of discovery!

Things Happened/ Grandpa will like my photos!! :)

Things Happened / Grandpa will like my Photos!!  :-) Hi again, this week was an adventure! Almost of a life time! Because I will be back! MARK MY WORDS  Monday- Not much happened, I was recovering from the sickness last Sunday. And it was p-day with no sports happening.  But we did have dinner with the Lee's! Tuesday- We had interviews with the mission president at the stake centre that was 30 minutes away, but there was a Chick-fil-A on the way so we carefully and tactical planned our route to go to Chick-fil-A before the interviews for lunch. Had interviews, President's favorite Ice-cream flavor is Rocky Road! And on their mission board I found someone who served in Albuquerque back in 2010! We then had dinner with the Salter's! Bro. Salter is a funny guy, saying that butter is bears grease and honey is bee barf! Then went to the Rec Centre to play some floor hockey! Wednesday- We had District Council of all guys! (The sisters left our district) Then we helped with some...

Pots, Pots, and more pots....

Pots, Pots, and more Pots...   Hello wonderful Americans,   I'm realizing I'd rather be learning Samoan, then be here in the cold.. This week hasn't been all that exciting until we get to the weekend. But for now, the beginning just had some lessons, more snow, more cold, some member dinners and such. Normal missionary stuff in the Great White North. With all the snow, roads are getting slick and parking lots just have crunchy snow in them. But yet I have not seen a single snow plow truck yet, which is quite surprising. I'm also finally starting to get into being a missionary, as it doesn't feel like I'm struggling to get through each day anymore. It honestly feels like it was only 2 or 3 days ago that I sent my last email. Which is good, and hopefully it will speed up to months instead. So far this week I've been to 3 baptisms!! Neither of them I would've actually gone to, because they're not part of my area. As for the title, I've done lots of ...
