Welcome back to another Let's Play Video of Elder Dablings week!



Monday-
It was a cold rainy and windy day, when 3 elders decided that they should go out fishing for all the time they could spare, which was about 20 minutes. Then they drove over to the Bennett's to do a lesson of the Restoration and share a meal together with them (we had boygers).

As we headed home, we stopped by the church to do calls and for basketball night


Tuesday-
We woke up, almost did a garden service... but they told us they did it the other day when their son was there... :(

But we exchanged and I went to Pioneer w/ Elder Hawkins and we did 3 lessons with only one of them "canceling" (it was all of Taylor's fault [the one who answered the door of our friend] )

Had dinner with the Hall's (bishop of Pioneer)

Then we went home and made Green Banana Custard


Wednesday-
Did some contacts at Timmies (got some TimBits). Had Lunch, then went to a lesson before District Council

We had District Council and did some fun Improve Roleplays 

We switched back, and got my stuff that I left at their apartment.

Then had a lesson of sorts with our friend Tracy, where DWindy actually taught the lesson, while me and Elder Ras-moose-en distracted the child :)

Had dinner and talked to Al & Cathey!


Thursday- 
The normal morning routine :)

Had double stacked boygers for lunch after going to the store for some fries!

Helped move a couch... and almost had a lesson, but then it canceled 😞 

Had dinner at the McGill's and talked about video games with them!

Did weekly fishing- I mean weekly planning 😅 

Helped Sis. Christensen and got home!


Friday- 
At lunch time we helped bro. Marshell move his couch back

Had a lesson with our Recent Convert Selvin, then went to the Library to do some talk writing & Had a (not planned) lesson with our friend Kattie

Then went to the youth activity which was a temple walk, where the youth walk from a park to the temple (4.6 miles or 1.5 hours), so we went fishing while waiting for them and once they got there had some boygers..
Saw the Manderin Elders the chapel (next to the temple) doing their activity, along with Elder Freeman and Waite!


Saturday-
Had a stake Festival was able to go into the city! (not really but inside the Hendai)

Got to see the Belmead Sisters, Spanish Elders (Ulloa, Mauad & Stoddard), and the French Elders!

Then went to a library to work a bit more on my talks and found something fun... (hopefully I don't get logged out of messager....)

Had Din Din at Chick-fil-A, which a 🐐 'ed member bought for us! Then went to volleyball night

And talked to an old lady at the store, who gave us 5 bucks, but then started bashing us... but we got the 5 bucks! And made milkshakes at home!


Sunday-
Did some door knocking

Had church, then lunch with Sis. FABULOUS & her husband (bro. Hamilton)


Monday-v2
Had a lesson in the morning, which turned out to be some calm bashing

Went to another lesson with our friend Kattie, who made a deal with us 'for her to read 1 chapter, then we come meet with her again' woo! Then it started raining so we left (we did it on her porch)

[During the lesson we heard what sounded like a tornado siren, but it turned out to just be a motorcycle engine... I think]

Had dinner, which was a member buying us subway and us picking it up! 

Went to the Library... to read the Holy Bible?

Then we went to another lesson with the Bennett boys, who we almost got put on date, but they wanted to wait till sunday.. so high hopes

Then right after we got home it started full on down pouring, with strong winds and lightning and thunder

Things Happened / Grandpa will like my Photos!!  :-) Hi again, this week was an adventure! Almost of a life time! Because I will be back! MARK MY WORDS  Monday- Not much happened, I was recovering from the sickness last Sunday. And it was p-day with no sports happening.  But we did have dinner with the Lee's! Tuesday- We had interviews with the mission president at the stake centre that was 30 minutes away, but there was a Chick-fil-A on the way so we carefully and tactical planned our route to go to Chick-fil-A before the interviews for lunch. Pots, Pots, and more pots....

Pots, Pots, and more Pots...   Hello wonderful Americans,   I'm realizing I'd rather be learning Samoan, then be here in the cold.. This week hasn't been all that exciting until we get to the weekend. But for now, the beginning just had some lessons, more snow, more cold, some member dinners and such. Normal missionary stuff in the Great White North. With all the snow, roads are getting slick and parking lots just have crunchy snow in them. But yet I have not seen a single snow plow truck yet, which is quite surprising. I'm also finally starting to get into being a missionary, as it doesn't feel like I'm struggling to get through each day anymore. It honestly feels like it was only 2 or 3 days ago that I sent my last email. Which is good, and hopefully it will speed up to months instead. So far this week I've been to 3 baptisms!! Neither of them I would've actually gone to, because they're not part of my area. As for the title, I've done lots of ...

Nature Walks by the River

Nature Walks by the River Hi.  Invite your friends! (To something, maybe my emails??) Monday We went Thrifting for our District sports.... But we got Costco! Woo! Then went shopping woo! We had dinner at McDonald's and got a kids Happy meal toy which was a Minecraft Bee! Buzz buzz! 🐝 Tuesday We went to a service, and our weekly service had us make cookies and help with pudding! Then did more service with helping a member of Strathcona move in to a part of town that is not within Strathcona boundaries.. (it's fine, I think) But went to a Peta Bake place which was good! We did some stopbys and got in contact with some people, then had dinner at the Pierson's! Wednesday Honestly not really sure what happened today.. But we got Krispy Kreme donuts for District Council  +5 points for District Leader! After collecting the donuts, but before the Council comes forward to decide who has to leave the island...
