April 6th- My companion gave our friend a Tattoo!
Monday-
We got transfer news! And im staying for another with Robinson v2, while Rickenbach is leaving 😢
We played Secret Hitler, and finished by us all hating the game (fun times)
Called our family! And did other Missionary stuff.
Tuesday-
We spent today stopping by member for Rickenbach to say bye too! Right before dinner we stopped by the Ross's and now he's gonna call me 'DL'...
Had dinner with the Bennett's! After we stopped by Wanye one last time, and got to talk him! To stay in contact Elder Robinson v2 ended up writing our phone number on his hand upside down... and on a sticky note!
Later in the night, Elder Garrett & Lott slept over for Transfers from Fort McMurry
Wednesday-
We got ready for the day and went down to Chick-fil-A for daily contacts/ early lunch.
Headed off to the stake centre for Transfers, and got there pretty early and was able to talk to some mishmaneries!
Spent some time talking to Elder Escamilla (a visa waiter) who is also in my district!
After many wandering in the wilderness of mishmaneries, and seeing a random person get pulled over, we finally left back to Fort Sask!
We did some unpacking and went straight to work doing stopbys along with a lesson with the Quint's & a lesson with the Draper's!!!
Thursday-
Woke up, did the normal morning stuff, had a great lesson with Andy!
Had lunch, and left to help set up The Living Christ!
Left from Sherwood to drive all the way to Redwater for dinner with Sis. Samis, and her friends! Lots of delicious food!
Friday-
Had to wake up at the break of dawn (probably 7am) and leave (9am) to help out with the Living Christ, that was a lot of fun! Got to see a family from Forest Heights ward, and even got hugged by a man that served in Albuquerque over 10 years ago!
Then went back to doing mishmanery work for the rest of the day, but did have a good lesson with Babst!
And even a special miracle ✨️ for you!
When we were knocking some doors, a man answered and asked the greatest question ive ever heard! "Would you like a hotdog?"
Not knowing what to say, we said yes and even invited us into his home.
Moral of the story is, if a man gives you a hotdog, except it.
We also then had dinner with the Reed's, which was really good, had Salmon!!
Saturday-
Went to the 1st session of General Conference at Bro. Plowman's place, and watched it with Andy!! And had lunch with them!
We did our studies, and went back to watch the 2nd session with the Plowman's!
Afterwards we had a lesson with the Malinsky's and traveled to Gibbons for dinner with the Wood's!!
Sunday-
We traveled for the 3rd session to President's house, lots of snackies and got to talk to some people like Sis. Ellison, Liggett, Elder Hobson, and Atkin (a redheaded brother)
Afterwards we went back home and watched the 4th session with the Plowman's!!
Had dinner with the Wood's again, and they made us Home made Crème Brûlée!!!
